Meet Michael Meinholz, Integrity EDM’s General Manager

Michael Meinholz, Integrity EDM’s General Manager, is a senior manufacturing executive with nearly 25 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has established a track record of propelling the companies he has worked for to new heights of performance, efficiency and quality. Mr. Meinholz is a dynamic and energetic leader who instills ownership, pride and accountability into each of his team members.

Prior to his leadership role at Integrity EDM in Indiana, Mr. Meinholz held a variety of management positions at manufacturing companies such as Torco, Inc. in Atlanta and at Hikari, Sienda Building Services and Modern Machine Works in South Carolina. He offers vast expertise in quality assurance and continuous improvement processes including Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen. Mr. Meinholz graduated from the University of Wisconsin.
